Refund Policy

• Should the workshop ticket has sold, a refund is strictly not allowed for whatsoever reasons unless the workshop is cancelled/postponed by MommyDaddy&I due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Should there be an event of workshop cancellation/postponement, please allow 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
• Upon a successful refund, the participant will receive a call from MommyDaddy&I pertaining to the refund status.

  Delivery Policy

• Sale of workshop ticket will be operated for 1 month prior to the workshop commencement.
• Upon successful payment by the customer, Admin Department of MommyDaddy&I shall cross-check the transaction details with booking ID for each customer.
• A confirmation email with unique QR Code will be sent to the customer 2-3 days before the workshop commencement.
• The customer is to display the QR Code at the presence of the event.
